A. No! We will put you on a regular schedule, i.e., 2, 3 or 4 times per year which ever suits your needs best. One more thing you don’t have to think about

Q. Are the cleaning solutions harmful? 

A. All our cleaning solutions are safe and will not harm building surfaces, sidewalks or plantings.

FAQ for residential 

Q. Will Powerwashing damage the siding, paint or stain on my house? 

A. If properly done, Powerwashing will not harm any siding or surface coatings such as stain or paint, providing the correct cleaning solutions, appropriate pressure and proper technique are used. We have over 20 years experience and adhere to the highest standards.

Q. Will my shrubs, plants or lawn be harmed? 

A. We take all necessary precautions – repeated rinsing with clean water or covering if needed.

Q. Will Powerwashing my roof damage the roof shingles? 

A. With our gentle wash system the cleaning solution does the work without damaging the integrity of your roof shingles. Our solutions are approved by the American Roofing Manufacturers Association.

Q. Do I have to be home? 

A. No, you just have to make sure all your windows are closed and the outside water is on. We would appreciate if you would move any breakable items.
